Pump Street’s Sourdough and sea salt 66% chocolate is a unique combination of sourdough crumbs with a touch of sea salt to add crunch and a smooth, malty flavour to the chocolate.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, natural sourdough starter, sea salt), sea salt. We also handle gluten, dairy & nuts on the premises.
